- Monitor patient progress; document accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Practice cultural sensitivity and uphold professional responsibility in all interactions
- Required:
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with healthcare software and electronic documentation
