About the Position We're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team. At HHH Pediatric Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with children and families while helping kids build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to succeed at home, school, and in their communities. Whether you're beginning your OT career or bringing years of pediatric experience, you'll have a supportive team around you. Responsibilities Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment for pediatric patients. Address areas including fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, handwriting, activities of daily living, self-regulation, and functional independence. Educate families and caregivers regarding home activities, therapeutic strategies, and ways to support progress outside of therapy. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Participate as a positive and collaborative member of the pediatric therapy team. Qualifications Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in MN. Eligible for or current NBCOT certification. Pediatric experience is preferred but new graduate occupational therapists are welcome to apply. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for working with children and families.
