Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Travel/Local Contract

Department Critical Care Float Pool - ICU or PCU. Supports patients and teams at Highlands Ranch Hospital, Broomfield Hospital, Longs Peak Hospital, and University of Colorado Hospital. Employment Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Rotating D/N or nights. Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend. LOCAL RN Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles. Qualifications CO RN license or eNLC privileges. Responsibilities Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Models proficiency through precepting new staff. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Direct care includes ICU and PCU level care in a technically complex environment. Integrates AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards within evidence‑based care models for each ICU and PCU.
