General Surgeon – Partner Opportunity at Naseem A Attar MD Inc.

Location: Riverside, CA

Naseem A Attar MD Inc. is a well-established, 30+ year, private surgical practice committed to providing exceptional care in general surgery. Our practice is renowned for its patient-centered approach, high standards of surgical excellence and strong community ties to the Riverside and Armed Force community. As we look to the future, we are seeking a general surgeon to join our team as a partner with the potential opportunity to eventually take over the practice.

Position: General Surgeon

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality general surgical care in a private practice setting.
• Collaborate with existing staff to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
• Engage in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency surgical services as needed.
• Contribute to practice growth and development through active involvement in business and operational strategies.
• Foster a positive and professional relationship with patients, staff, and referring physicians.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in General Surgery.
• Valid, unencumbered, California medical license.
• Credentialed with local hospitals to allow credentialling with currently affiliated medical groups.
• Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient care.
• Experience in private practice is preferred but not required.
• Interest in practice management and ownership.
