You communicate clearly with repair facilities, support smooth claim payments, and handle questions from customers and teammates with professionalism. You stay organized, document your work carefully, and manage follow-ups to keep everything moving on time. You work well with others and take pride in delivering accurate, efficient service./ppDuties and Responsibilities:/pulliUnderstand ancillary policies to adjudicate claims/liliVerification of submitted claim requests to ensure they comply with the terms of contract coverage/liliProcess verified claims in an online portal, including documenting all communications/liliWork directly with repair facilities, providing payment on approved claims/liliAnswer internal/external claim and coverage inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax communications/liliWork with other adjusters and other departments to ensure accuracy timely customer service/liliTimely and accurate record keeping, including data entry, analysis and storage of incoming documents, spreadsheet management, and tracking needed follow-up communications./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli2 years experience as a technician/liliExcellent customer service skills/liliValues continued growth/liliBilingual - Spanish/English (preferred)/liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook products/liliData entry (accuracy a must)/liliClearly communicates information to callers and accurately obtains all required information/liliReliability and dependability are a must in this position/liliWork onsite Monday - Friday (Grapevine, TX)/li/ulpBenefits offered:/pulliNine paid holidays/liliEducation/Licensing assistance/liliPaid time off (10 days the first year)/liliNo evenings/liliHealth/Dental/Vision insurance/lili401(k) match/liliEmployee recognition and company events/li/ulpPay Range: $16- $23 PLUS addition $$/hour for active ASE (A1-A8)/p/div
