Description
TMC Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and receiving operations for a busy print warehouse in Brenham, TX. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Verify shipments for accuracy and inspect goods for quality control
- Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Unpack and organize incoming materials and supplies
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, or shipment discrepancies
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Ensure proper disposal of packing materials and warehouse waste
- Work closely with warehouse staff to support daily operations and shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
- Basic clerical and inventory tracking experience
- Forklift experience or ability to operate warehouse equipment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed and handle physical workloads
