Prime Independent Living is seeking a warm, professional, and service-minded Front Desk Concierge to help create exceptional experiences for residents, families, guests, and team members every day.

As a Front Desk Concierge, you'll often be the first person residents, families, and guests see-and the friendly, helpful presence they can count on throughout the day. From welcoming visitors and assisting residents to answering phones and supporting daily community operations, you'll help create an environment where people feel at home.

ResponsibilitiesHospitality & First Impressions

• Welcome residents, families, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

• Create a positive first impression and help ensure everyone who enters the community feels welcomed and supported.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service.

• Assist visitors with questions and connect them with the appropriate team members.

• Serve as a positive representative of Prime and our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Resident & Family Support

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide friendly, attentive assistance with day-to-day requests.

• Receive and distribute mail, packages, floral deliveries, and other resident items.

• Help welcome new residents and families and support a smooth transition into the community.

• Maintain resident directories, emergency contact information, and community communication resources.

• Help residents and families navigate community services, events, and resources.

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Support daily front desk operations and help keep the community organized and running smoothly.

• Assist with correspondence, mailings, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate records and community information.

• Monitor resident check-in and safety systems and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.

• Provide administrative support to community leadership and departments as needed.

Community Support & Safety

• Monitor community entrances, alarms, cameras, and other safety systems as directed.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and reception area.

• Communicate maintenance concerns, resident needs, and operational issues to the appropriate department.

• Help ensure common areas reflect Prime's standards for hospitality and presentation.

• Respond calmly and professionally to unexpected situations and follow established community procedures.

Team & Community Collaboration

• Work closely with all departments to support residents and daily community operations.

• Assist with resident events, special projects, and community celebrations.

• Help connect residents and guests with dining, activities, transportation, maintenance, and other community services.

• Step in to support community needs as appropriate and help create a seamless resident experience.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, administrative support, or senior living preferred.

• Warm, professional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A natural ability to connect with people and make others feel welcome.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and basic office technology.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the community as needed.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts based on community needs.

• Successful completion of required background screening and drug testing.

• Genuine appreciation for serving older adults and creating meaningful experiences.
