Project coordination specialist

Randstad is looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Project Coordination Specialist. In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between back-office administration and active project pipelines. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, a sharp mind for basic math, and a high comfort level with digital document management. You will be responsible for creating and organizing job folders, processing work orders, managing our digital and physical archives, and tackling administrative backlogs to keep our daily operations running seamlessly.


salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Work Order & Job Setup: Accurately set up new jobs and create detailed work orders, verifying that all initial specifications and project scopes are correctly inputted.
• Document Management & Digitization: Lead our scanning initiatives to transition physical files into neat, structured digital archives.
• Data Entry & Math Verification: Input key job metrics and perform basic mathematical calculations (such as measurements, square footage, and job cost estimates) with 100% accuracy.
• Backlog Resolution & Storage Management: Systematically tackle administrative backlogs, organizing physical storage spaces and keeping our digital filing structures clean and accessible.
• Administrative Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and office leadership to ensure seamless workflow progression from contract signing to job completion.
