CRNA | Clinical Director | $330K Guaranteed | Near Kansas City

A Kansas health system close to Kansas City is seeking a CRNA Clinical Director to lead its anesthesia program, as the current director shifts to part-time clinical work. A rare chance to combine a strong clinical caseload with real leadership influence.
• Lead the anesthesia department alongside the CMO: staff scheduling, education, and medical staff committee participation
• Practice independently with no anesthesiologist supervision across inpatient and outpatient care
• Average of 250 cases per month across 3 ORs, 2 GI labs, and 2 procedure rooms: general surgery, endoscopy, gynecology, obstetrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, and podiatry
• Regional anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, and line placement experience welcomed; prior team leadership experience preferred
• Predictable schedule: Monday through Friday, generally 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, plus dedicated administrative and leadership time
• Shared call rotation, with a goal of every 4th weekend, plus extra pay for any call taken

Guaranteed compensation of $330,400 , with total income potential of $350,000 or more.
• $70/hour for extra on-call shifts beyond the contract minimum, plus $160/hour callback pay
• Eligible for a $10,000 annual Quality&Service bonus
• Sign-on bonus, CME stipend, PTO, and relocation assistance available
