Senior Software Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation engineering and collaboration platform powered by AI. In this role, you will own critical systems across a modern cloud-based ecosystem, including real-time collaboration tools, simulation infrastructure, and intelligent developer workflows.
This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging problems at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and high-performance systems while helping shape the foundation of a rapidly evolving product.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and develop core application infrastructure across cloud services, AI-assisted workflows, and simulation systems
- Lead the development of major product features from design through deployment and ongoing support
- Build scalable, high-performance systems that support real-time collaboration and complex application workflows
- Partner closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful customer-facing capabilities
- Contribute to long-term technical strategy, system architecture, and engineering best practices as the platform scales
- Help establish technical standards focused on performance, reliability, and maintainability
What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in at least one major area of the stack, such as frontend engineering, distributed systems, real-time collaboration platforms, or AI-powered applications
- Hands-on experience with modern technologies including React, TypeScript, and Python
- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture and cloud-based systems
- Experience building and shipping production-grade software in fast-paced environments
- Product-minded engineer who can collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently in high-growth environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with real-time systems or collaborative applications
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or machine learning systems
- Background building simulation, modeling, or computationally intensive platforms
- Experience helping define architecture and technical direction within scaling engineering organizations
