**Join Our Dynamic NICU Team in Payson, Utah!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel RN NICU - **Schedule:** 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM / 13 Weeks - **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting - **License Requirement:** Active nursing license at submission **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 5 beds, including one negative pressure room - **Patient Age Range:** Infants up to 30 days old - **Patient Ratios:** - 1:1 for CPAP - Typically 1:2, occasionally 1:3 for feeder growers - **Staffing:** - 2 NICU nurses on at all times - Collaboration with mother-baby unit for seamless care - **Equipment Used:** - OGs, IVs, Hi Flow, CPAP, PANDA warmers, Giraffe warmers - **Documentation System:** CPN - **Schedule Requirements:** 3 shifts per week - **Floating Policy:** Primarily work in mother-baby unit; NICU for approximately 50 babies/year **Skills and Competencies Needed:** - **Advanced Skills:** - CPAP care (no ventilators) - Occasional UVCs, Hi Flow, IVs - **Procedures:** - Surfactant administration, occasional chest tubes, UVCs (no surgeries) - **Certifications Required:** - NRP, STABLE, CPR **Dress Code:** - **Uniform:** Wine-colored scrubs (some available on the unit) **Why Join Us?** - **Award Recognition:** Women’s Services has won Unit of Distinction for 3 years - **Delivery Volume:** 30-40 babies delivered monthly - **Team Environment:** Low turnover; our nurses love working here! **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
