Workers Compensation Legal Secretary- Philadelphia, PA (hybrid schedule)

Job Description:

Pond Lehocky Giordano is the largest workers compensation and Social Security disability firm in the Philadelphia region. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Work Comp Secretary to join our team at Pond Lehocky in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will have experience in the workers' compensation field and will be responsible for supporting attorneys and paralegals in the day-to-day management of their cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Filing and maintaining case files and records

Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

Scheduling appointments and depositions

Preparing and submitting legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Assisting attorneys and paralegals with trial preparation

Managing client billing and payments

Maintaining and updating case management software

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a legal or administrative support role, preferably Workers Compensation

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in Workers Comp is highly preferred

Experience in Needles is a plus
