Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a Per Diem Pharmacist to support retail and long-term care pharmacy needs in the Coal Grove, OH area. This role requires a licensed Ohio Pharmacist ready to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care and customer service.
Location: Coal Grove, OH
Schedule:
- Monday, October 19, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- Tuesday, October 20, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- Wednesday, October 21, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- Thursday, October 22, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- Friday, October 23, 2026: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6 hours)
Total Weekly Hours: 42
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners
- Provide comprehensive medication information and guidance to customers
- Deliver a high standard of customer service focused on patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Ohio (required)
- Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
