Entering information accurately Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity. Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers

1 year of call center within recent employment tenure of 1 year in jobs Candidates must have the following - no jumpy resumes (client will not approve jumpy resumes) - at least a year of high volume call center experience in last 2-3 years - typing at least 30wpm - computer knowledge and skills There are the tests to use in IKM Typing Test - One Space Version (1min) 30 WPM Call Center - Telephone Skills 75% minimum Additionally in IOI: Ask candidates to describe situations to the following to screen for systems and navigation: • "Tell me about a time you had to use several computer systems during a customer call." • "Describe how you learned a new CRM or data entry system." • "How do you ensure accuracy while entering information in a fast-paced call center, using multiple systems?"

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
