Bedrijfsomschrijving Nouvall Engineering Services is gespecialiseerd in projectondersteuning voor de (petro)chemische, IT en maritieme industrie. Wij leveren hierin expertise op het gebied van Engineering, ICT, Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction en Safety. Functieomschrijving Als accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verder uitbouwen van jouw klantenportefeuille binnen de verhuur van industriële machines en gereedschappen. Jij bent het gezicht richting de klant en weet als geen ander hun behoeften te vertalen naar passende oplossingen. Je begeleidt het commerciële traject van A tot Z: van acquisitie en advies tot offerte, contract en after‑sales. Het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties staat centraal in deze functie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Actief beheren en uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties Acquireren van nieuwe klanten en het signaleren van commerciële kansen in de markt Adviseren van klanten over ons verhuurassortiment en aanvullende diensten Opstellen, uitbrengen en opvolgen van offertes en (verhuur)contracten Nauwe samenwerking met de binnendienst, planning en technische dienst om een optimale klanttevredenheid te waarborgen Vastleggen van klantinformatie en commerciële activiteiten in het CRM-systeem Je bent werkzaam vanuit ons moderne hoofdkantoor in Terneuzen maar je gaat ook regelmatig naar onze klanten en werklocaties toe. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een commercieel team van circa acht collega’s en schakelt dagelijks met zowel de binnendienst als andere interne afdelingen. Functie-eisen Minimaal een HBO‑diploma en vijf jaar ervaring in een commerciële (binnendienst)functie Communicatief sterk, resultaatgericht en in staat om relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden Zelfstandig, proactief en in staat het zien van kansen voordat anderen ze zien Goed in plannen en snel schakelen, aangezien klanten vaak korte lijnen en snelle oplossingen verwachten #J-18808-Ljbffr Vvvzeeland
