The school has a kindergarten, primary, middle and high school divisions and integrates China’s national curriculum with IB curriculum to meet educational needs and promote international outlook Job detailsServe as a primary homeroom teacher, delivering an engaging, well-rounded, and nurturing learning experience for young learners across core subjectsPlan and deliver engaging lessons across the PYP framework, integrating transdisciplinary units of inquiry and meaningful learning experiencesPrepare teaching materials, assess student learning, maintain accurate records, and write reports and narrative commentsSupport students’ development as independent, reflective, and internationally minded learners in line with the IB Learner ProfileMonitor and assess student progress on a regular basis, using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to support individual growthProvide clear, constructive, and ongoing feedback to students and maintain effective communication with parents and caregiversWork collaboratively with colleagues to plan units, contribute to curriculum development, and support the continued growth of the PYP programmeCreate a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing, curiosity, and a love of learning RequirementsBachelor Degree or aboveMinimum 3 years’ full time teaching experience Hold a teaching certificatePassionate and Energetic in teachingExcellent English communication skills Salary and benefitsMonthly Salary of 27,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsHousing allowance of up to 5,000 RMBRelocation allowanceSettlement allowanceMedical health insuranceLunch provided on work daysSummer and winter holidayChristmas holidayPersonal paid leave
