Step into a vital role supporting students’ communication and academic development in a school setting near Poteet, TX. This contract position offers you the chance to engage with a diverse caseload of K-12 students, fostering growth and confidence in learners across a range of ages and needs. The assignment will span the full 2026-2027 school year, providing consistency for both you and the students you serve.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credential required.
• Experience or interest in working within school environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs across grade levels K–12.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of school-aged children, addressing diverse communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families, to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assessments in accordance with district and legal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning.
• Provide consultation to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development.

Assignment Highlights:
