Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Orthopedic experience required.

Unit Details: - 4 North is an adult general inpatient medical/surgical unit with a specialized focus on orthopedic and oncology care. - Average patient stay is 3-4 days.

Special Requests: - Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
