Revenue Integrity Analyst

To support accurate charge capture and reimbursement, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Analyst will conduct audits, analyze billing issues, and collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance and efficiency of the charge master. Key responsibilities Prepare Excel analyses and validate the accuracy of information to resolve inconsistencies Evaluate and implement charge requests, ensuring alignment with coding and billing guidelines Conduct charge capture audits to identify discrepancies and develop action plans for resolution Required qualifications 3+ years of coding experience, preferably in a hospital setting Experience with charge capture audits Certifications such as CCS, CIRCC, COC, CPC, or equivalent preferred EPIC experience preferred Knowledge of regulatory compliance including CMS rules and NCCI edits
