Warehouse Order Selector / Picker

Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking warehouse order selectors / pickers to join their team. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately and safely hand selecting orders using electric pallet jacks within various warehouse environments. This position offers a pay range of $17.00 - $30.00 per hour based on daily productivity metrics and provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Shift Information: Sunday 2:00pm until work is completed, Monday-Thursday 4:00pm until work is completed

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jacks to hand select orders
• Stack products on pallets following operating procedures
• Stage pallets for loading at assigned dock locations
• Maintain selection rates per temperature zones
• Shrink-wrap products to secure loads for transit, manually or using shrink-wrap machines
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a warehouse order selector or picker preferred
• Familiarity with operating electric pallet jacks
• Ability to work in various warehouse temperature environments
• Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 55 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection
