Clinical Pharmacist - Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required Qualifications: PharmDin Doctorate of Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable Notes: (1) Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable Preferred Qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
