Part-time Leasing Consultant

Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Part‑time Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to Fair Housing Laws and regulations. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, securing leases through effective sales and marketing techniques, developing competitive marketing strategies, maintaining detailed knowledge of community features, and building relationships with local businesses and realtors. Additional duties: preparing lease documents, collecting fees, coordinating service requests, ensuring vacant units are market ready, maintaining a welcoming office environment, planning community events, managing social media postings in line with company policies, and collaborating with the team to foster positive resident relationships and resolve issues diplomatically. Qualifications and Skills High School diploma required – some college preferred. Leasing/Marketing experience preferred but will be provided. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance must be maintained. Above average sales/leasing/customer service skills. Computer experience in Windows packages – typing & data entry required.
