Customer Service Rep

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time onsite opportunity in Jackson, MS. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls to provide support, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and conduct service outreach. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Document all customer interactions accurately within the customer management system. Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Maintain compliance with all company policies, privacy requirements, and security standards. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with call center software, customer service platforms, and computer systems. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
