IT Security Manager

Job Description The IT Security Manager will have the unique opportunity of crafting a global security program from the ground up for a $5B distributor. The Security Manager willenterprise network security controls and processes that support risk management, operational controls, and governance processes. In addition: Research, recommend, and develop strategies to mitigate risks in areas such as business continuity planning, loss prevention, privacy and fraud prevention, and compliance. Collaborate with internal management to define security and compliance policies, standards, guidelines and procedures. Disseminate written policies and procedures, ensuring specific details regarding security plans and policies are documented, tested, and communicated. Implement and manage approved plans, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures. Implement new programs to continually ensure or improve and guide the effectiveness of IT risk management and protection strategies.
