A successful Business Development Representative will provide the best possible customer experience and will provide consistent results that generate business for the dealership.    Stonebriar Chevrolet provides a great work atmosphere with the ability to be promoted from within.  We are looking for a person who can both make phone calls for our service customers and possibly train for other roles.  This is a great opportunity that offers some flexibility with the schedule.  A person with call center or customer service experience may do well in this roll.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• A can do attitude that enjoys meeting challenges and taking care of customers
• A mindset committed to meeting your established goals and exceeding them
• Must be able to work your assigned shift and be on time
• A desire to represent the company well in your appearance and communications

Responsibilities:

• Working with other Business Development Center teammates to achieve the required goals for the department
• Ability to make appointments and follow up on the customer experience
• Ability to use various computer programs, once trained, in an efficient and effective manner.
