What You'll Do

• You will work with and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.

• You will create the best vehicle-buying experience to help Earn Customers for Life.

• You will achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.

• You will produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $50,600 - $137,000.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
