You collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting environment on the sales floor. Responsibilities Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences. Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer. Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty. Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer. Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations. Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others. Qualifications Experience as a Sales Associate or customer‑focused experience (preferred). Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers. Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Technology proficient and ability to operate a point‑of‑sale system. Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
