Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations
• Drive performance in guest service, food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and profitability
• Supervise and support team members and shift leaders during shifts
• Provide coaching, direction, and accountability to meet restaurant standards
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensure food preparation meets Popeyes quality and safety standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and training
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Lead by example with regular, reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality leadership roles
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and uphold standards
• Comfortable managing scheduling, inventory, labor, and guest service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to coach and develop team members for promotion readiness
• Available for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Eligible to work in the United States and meet age requirements
