Job Location 125 John R Rice Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129-4165, United States Responsibilities Be a Team Member : Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams, educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates effectively, and is flexible to work in other areas. Be an Expert : Prepares food according to item specifications, plans future and mass productions, prepares for seasonality, adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, operates and sanitizes equipment, and demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions on production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting in purchasing decisions, handling payment types and locating merchandise, and resolving issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; applies the Open Door Policy in executing business processes. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change and learns from feedback. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period if appointed. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
