Kitchen Support

The Kitchen Support role contributes to the overall daily kitchen operations. This role is a vital part of the kitchen team. They will play a key part in stewarding, stocking and organization to ensure efficiency.

Kitchen Support Duties

• Kitchen operations maintenance
• Responsible for ware-washing, assist with kitchen production and meals, ensures all wares are polished and stored to meet our high standards
• Consolidation and rotation of prepared food items daily
• Food prep
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks as assigned
• Performs stewarding tasks such as receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory to meet established food safety standards
• Ensures daily and weekly cleaning schedules are met
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented
• High energy, positive attitude
• General knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment

Kitchen Support Requirements

Education: High School Diploma

Years of related experience: 1 year in professional food service operation

Licenses/Certifications: Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification within the first 90 days

Compensation Grade Pay Range

$13.93 - $16.39
