Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Shift: All Shifts Available (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend Rotations)

Key Responsibilities by Role

• Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
• • Administer medications, treatments, and specialized clinical care per physician orders.
  • Conduct resident assessments, document clinical progress, and maintain care plans.
  • Provide clinical direction, supervision, and mentorship to CNAs on duty.
  • Communicate proactively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
• • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining).
  • Perform routine check-ins, record vital signs, and report changes in condition to nursing leadership.
  • Provide compassionate, person-centered support that preserves resident dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• RN / LPN: Active, unencumbered Maine State RN or LPN license (or active compact state license).
• CNA: Active state certification on the Maine CNA Registry.
• Current CPR / BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for senior care.
