We are looking for a focused, motivated, licensed, NJ licensed Pharmacist who wants to carry on the spirit of independent pharmacy. In return, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Preparing drugs and executing prescription orders for collection or delivery.
- Maintain records for controlled substances; removing outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.
- Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies and advising interventions.
- Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians' work flow; verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals; verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with federal and state regulations.
- Supervise the work results of technicians, cashiers, and other pharmacy employees.
- Responsible for leading Front-End Operations including monitoring product displays and inventory, as well as the general appearance of the pharmacy.
- Address customers' requests and concerns.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts.
- Responsible for opening and closing store procedures.
- Assists payroll process and ensures budget is in line with plan.
- Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
