Estimator/Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to lead heavy civil and site work projects from estimating through project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating, project management, and construction field experience with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates using project plans, specifications, Bluebeam, and EDGE (or similar software). Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Manage site work projects from award through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Monitor project costs, schedules, and profitability. Negotiate contracts, pricing, change orders, and scope modifications. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience. 3+ years of estimating and/or project management experience in site work or heavy civil construction. Proficiency with Bluebeam; EDGE experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.
