Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to support daily production and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a short-term temporary opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Job Description

• Operate a brush machine after completing required training.
• Occasionally lift and move bags of plastic weighing up to 50 pounds and transfer materials to a hopper.
  
• Assist warehouse personnel with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  
• Support daily production activities to meet established productivity goals and performance metrics.
  
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation.
  
• Inspect and maintain equipment as instructed and report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor.
  
• Participate in safety briefings, pre-job meetings, and toolbox talks.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• Follow all workplace safety requirements and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
• Work collaboratively with production and warehouse team members to meet operational demands.
  
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve production efficiency and workflow.
• Shift: Monday - Frida y, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

S kills Required

• Previous production experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a role with established productivity metrics.
• Ability to perform basic math.
  
• Ability to understand English and follow verbal and written instructions.
  
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  
• Willingness to learn machine operation and follow safety procedures.
  
• Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Pay Rate

• $21 per hour (Compensation will be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
