Bakersfield, CA
$25–$28
M–F 8AM–5PM, Temp to Perm

Are you an Accounting pro who loves keeping the numbers in check? ✨We’re looking for a detail-driven Accountant to join the team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes!

Requirements:
MUST HAVE at least 2 years of recent accountant experience
MUST HAVE a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or related
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do:
Post and process journal entries and maintain accurate financial records

Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations

Assist with general ledger operations and financial statement preparation
Review expenses and payroll records
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
Support monthly and year-end closing processes
Maintain accounting databases and ensure financial data is accurate
Assist with internal financial controls and procedures
Work closely with the Accounting Manager and support the Accounting team as needed
