What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy for children, teens, and adults
• Maintain a caseload of 25–30 client hours per week
• Complete assessments & individualized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions to help clients thrive
• Collect client balances with the assistance of our billing support team
• Collaborate with a caring and dynamic clinical team

What You Need

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field
• Active Ohio license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PhD, or equivalent)
• Experience working with kids, teens, and adults
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling & documentation
• Passion for therapy and helping clients reach their goals
