Quality Assurance Consultant

Location: Chandler, AZ

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate business continuity testing for critical mainframe hosting environments. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution of testing events in collaboration with various technology teams, ensuring successful outcomes and documentation in line with specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in business continuity testing coordination or a related discipline within a highly regulated technology role
• Understanding of a wide range of technology principles, with particular experience in business continuity solutions
• Experience operating within a highly regulated environment, such as banking
• Ability to interact effectively with a variety of technology roles, up to executive level leadership
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work under pressure
• Proven track record of execution within sensitive and critical production environments
• Ability to lead diverse groups through complex, critical execution of business continuity plans
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Mainframe technology
• Experience utilizing Cutover software
• Experience working with JIRA

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate business continuity testing by engaging with multiple stakeholders from across infrastructure and CIO teams
• Deliver successful business continuity testing events, meeting required objectives
• Collate evidence and documentation in line with specifications
