Summary Per diem positions for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) at Kansas City, MO practice. Available 24‑hour and 12‑hour in‑house shifts. Locations The system includes three locations: St.Luke's Hospital of Kansas City, St.Luke's East Lees Summit, and St.Luke's North. NICU capacities are 49‑bed Level‑IIIB, 15‑bed Level‑IIIA, one Level‑II NICU, plus well‑baby coverage. Requirements Current APRN National Specialty Certification Minimum of a Master’s Degree Minimum of 1 year of experience Active Missouri license or Compact eligible (preferred) Benefits Pediatrix covers per diem staff travel expenses (round‑trip flight, rental car, mileage, or lodging) for those residing outside a commutable distance. Position is W‑2. Employee Assistance Program. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. PTO: not eligible. Holidays: not eligible. Other compensation: not eligible.
