We are a community hospital and trauma center with 357 beds, recognized for our esteemed cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint initiatives, and an acute rehabilitation unit dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence. Our growing cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care, and attentive physical and occupational therapies complement a broad spectrum of inpatient and outpatient surgical offerings.

We are currently looking for a full-time Inpatient Occupational Therapist to become a vital part of our hospital team in Valencia, CA. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care and facilitate rehabilitation activities. All therapists will receive membership in the Evidence In Motion (EIM) Professional Development Program, making this an ideal environment for those passionate about ongoing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for serving others
• AHA BLS certification required
• California Occupational Therapist license or the ability to obtain one
• Recent graduates and seasoned Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $46 to $58, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, student loan reimbursement, a 401(k) plan with a 4% match, fully funded continuing education, a complete medical benefits package, and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
