Your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing documentation, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation Management: Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.Financial Analysis: Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals.Plan Interpretation: Accurately interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.Our Ideal CandidateMinimum Education: Degree in Construction Management or related field is required.Minimum Experience: Prior construction Experience of 1-2 years is preferred.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attributes: Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
