M3 Environmental LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Workflow Coordinator to join our team. As a Workflow Coordinator , you will help coordinate daily workflows, communicate with team members, track priorities, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. You'll work across different parts of the operation to identify issues, keep information organized, and help the team stay on schedule.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, comfortable multitasking, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate daily workflows and help ensure tasks are completed on schedule

• Monitor priorities, deadlines, orders, and operational activities

• Communicate with team members to keep everyone aligned

• Follow up on outstanding tasks and help resolve workflow issues

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization

• Help coordinate communication between departments

• Track progress and provide updates to management

• Assist with scheduling and other administrative responsibilities as needed

• Respond quickly and professionally to changing priorities

• Support the team in maintaining a smooth and productive daily operation

Previous experience in workflow coordination, operations, logistics, distribution, administration, customer service, or a similar role is a plus. However, we are also interested in candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills, a great work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
