RN - Float Pool Med/Surg Telemetry - Encinitas - Nights

Position: Full-Time Schedule: 72 hours every two weeks, 12-Hour Night Shifts (1900-0730) on varied days, including some holidays and weekends. Location: Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. About the Role As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you’ll become an integral part of a highly engaged team providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Patient Care: Deliver direct care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress towards expected outcomes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support for patients and their families. Leadership: Take primary responsibility for patient care, guiding the Care Team under your supervision to foster a team-oriented approach. As part of our site-based float pool (SBFP), you will have the chance to float among four major Med/Surg Telemetry units, gaining diverse experience while providing quality care. This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives of $7,000. Ineligible for hiring incentives: internal candidates; rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago.
