Administer personalized speech therapy interventions targeting language development, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing difficulties. Collaborate seamlessly with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to fortify patient care. Provide education for patients and families to encourage progress beyond therapy sessions. Participate in inpatient speech therapy assessment and intervention as needed, ensuring a smooth continuum of care. Maintain thorough and precise documentation adhering to all relevant guidelines. Engage in professional development through ongoing education and interdisciplinary collaboration. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist . Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
