This high-impact role involves managing some of the most complex and advanced programs in the semiconductor industry, in collaboration with leading technology partners.As an Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for full lifecycle ownership—from initiation and planning through development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release. You will work closely with our customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead custom and semi-custom solutions for our customers.Own the complete program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closureDrive execution across development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release phasesMonitor and control program performance to maintain alignment with schedule, quality, and cost targets against the Plan of Record (POR)Collaborate across a matrixed organization, engaging engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure program successServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications at engineering, management, and executive levelsProactively identify risks and lead mitigation planningEscalate and resolve issues effectively to maintain program momentumLead post mortems to identify areas for improvement, and pre mortems to apply learnings from other programs.What We're Looking ForYour Team, Your ImpactBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant professional experience; or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experienceMinimum of 5 years in a program management role within the semiconductor industryProven leadership, time management, and organizational capabilitiesOutstanding customer-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groupsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to internal teams and external partnersAdvanced skills in risk identification, analysis, and problem-solvingDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions that align with both internal strategic objectives and customer requirementsExpected Base Pay Range (USD)142,490 - 213,500, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
