As a Manager in Training (MIT), you'll partner with experienced General Managers to develop the leadership, operational, and business skills needed to successfully lead a retail location. This program is designed for motivated professionals who are ready to grow into future management opportunities. What You\'ll Do Drive Sales & Business Performance Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales goals and revenue targets. Coach and motivate team members to maximize sales opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve results. Support the execution of company sales initiatives and promotions. Participate in interviewing and hiring top-performing sales professionals. Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Assist with onboarding, coaching, training, and developing team members. Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and growth. Support Store Operations Ensure the sales floor is organized, fully stocked, and customer-ready. Assist with inventory management, merchandising, product displays, and deliveries. Support scheduling, cash handling, operational compliance, and company policies. Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Provide outstanding service to every customer, both in-store and through digital channels. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business. Use customer feedback to improve store performance and service. Requirements A results-driven leader with a passion for sales and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Willingness to learn all aspects of store operations and leadership.
