Job Description Job Description Plant Manager Los Angeles, CA (San Gabriel Valley) + South Carolina $175,000 - $200,000 Base + Performance Bonus Lead, Scale, and Transform a High-Growth Operation We are a fast-growing light manufacturing and distribution company with a nationwide footprint, seeking a hands- on Plant Manger to lead and scale operations across our California and South Carolina facilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, improving performance, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Note: Our San Gabriel Valley facility remains a critical and growing part of our long-term strategy. What You’ll Do Lead operations across two facilities (CA & SC) with 150+ employees Drive efficiency, output, and cost reduction initiatives Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement practices Build and lead high-performing teams with a culture of ownership and accountability Stay actively engaged on the production floor —this is a hands-on leadership role Identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and execute strategic improvements Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale the business Travel to the South Carolina facility as needed What You Bring Proven experience leading operations in manufacturing and/or distribution environments Demonstrated success improving efficiency, throughput, and cost structure Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Ability to lead, develop, and align large teams across multiple locations Hands-on leadership style with a deep understanding of shop floor operations Data-driven decision-making with the ability to move quickly and decisively Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels Resilient, accountable, and results-oriented mindset Why Join Us High-growth company with strong momentum and expansion plans Direct partnership with the CEO in a mission-critical leadership role Opportunity to shape and scale operations across multiple facilities Competitive executive compensation package + performance-based bonus A fast-paced environment where your leadership will have an immediate impact Take an assessment to be considered What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Learn the Business Gain a deep understanding of products, processes, and team structure Spend significant time on the production floor at both locations Build Trust & Alignment Establish credibility with leadership and frontline teams Assess team strengths, gaps, and organizational alignment Evaluate Operations Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost drivers Review workflows, KPIs, and overall production performance Execute a Strategic Plan Present clear priorities for operational improvement and cost reduction Launch Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Deliver early wins that improve efficiency and reduce waste Ready to Lead and Make an Impact?
