Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state SLP licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification highly preferred
• Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Adaptability, professionalism, and a passion for helping students succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and therapy for students
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver therapy in individual and small group settings
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
