Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Forklift Driver for our client. This role involves safe transport, load, unload, and organizing materials throughout warehouse and production areas. This position will support production operations, maintain accurate inventory records, prepare products for shipping and receiving, and assist with general warehouse duties while following safety procedures.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials, products, and supplies throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are properly handled, secured, and stored in designated locations.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform inventory checks, track materials, and use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate records.
• Organize and stage products for shipping, receiving, and production needs.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, palletizing, and moving materials as needed.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ability to transport, load, unload, and organize materials in a warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to perform inventory checks and maintain accurate material records.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to supply production lines and support shipping and receiving operations.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns or malfunctions.
• Strong attention to detail when handling and tracking materials.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment.
• Ability to assist with picking, packing, palletizing, and other general warehouse duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
