Job Description

The Reserves Network is seeking a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Warehouse & Quality Support Associate to join our team in Lancaster. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with daily shipping, warehouse, and quality-support activities. This versatile position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities.

No previous laboratory or industry-specific experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good computer skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time while also providing support for basic quality and laboratory activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, label, and organize customer shipments accurately and efficiently
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping information prior to shipment
• Prepare and maintain shipping paperwork and related documentation
• Coordinate with freight and parcel carriers to schedule pickups
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe warehouse and work areas
• Assist the technical and quality teams with basic onsite laboratory activities
• Prepare and organize customer, client, and prospect samples for testing or evaluation
• Document and track samples and testing information
• Follow established procedures when handling products, samples, and laboratory materials
• Maintain clean and organized laboratory work areas
• Utilize computer systems to enter, retrieve, and maintain shipping, inventory, and quality-related information
• Prepare labels, documents, and other paperwork accurately
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, carriers, customers, and other business partners when needed
• Assist other departments with general operational needs and special projects

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic to intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust priorities throughout the day
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and laboratory environments
• Previous warehouse, shipping, quality, or laboratory experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness and ability to learn new processes and responsibilities
