Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Assistant to support daily office operations and assist prospective and current tenants.

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Assistant to support daily office operations and assist prospective and current tenants.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and complete leasing paperwork
- Support move-ins, move-outs, and daily office operations
- Maintain accurate tenant files and records
- Use AppFolio and Microsoft Office to manage leasing and administrative tasks
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; AppFolio experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Professional and reliable
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day
- Occasionally lift up to 25-30 lbs.
- Ability to walk the property as needed for tours and tasks
